What is a return policy?
For bulk orders, returns are only accepted for defective products caused by our production. Please inspect goods before shipment. Customized items cannot be returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support T/T, L/C, Western Union and PayPal. For small sample orders, PayPal is available.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do not offer gift cards. You can place sample orders or bulk wholesale orders directly for our underwear products.

We provide full OEM & ODM solutions for men’s, women’s and kids’ underwear. You can choose fabrics, patterns, waistband printing, labels and packaging. We can make samples before mass production.
Sample lead time is about 5–7 days. Mass production lead time normally takes 20–35 days, depending on order quantity and custom requirements.
We use breathable cotton, modal, bamboo and recycled fabrics. Every batch goes through strict inspection for stitching, color fastness and size accuracy before shipment.
